Built in 2017 on a spacious 14,200 sqm plot, it offers breathtaking 360° panoramic views of the picturesque landscape, including the UNESCO world-heritage Tramuntana Mountains. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large variety of plants and a large pool area that invites you to relax, dream and unwind. In 2023 a full renovation with interior design, gardening and landscaping.

The original part of the finca, a former shepard's house which dates back over 100 years and has become a modern kitchen with rustic elements.
The finca has virtually no environmental footprint and is eco-friendly, as it’s powered by photovoltaic solar panels and thermal solar panels for hot water.
